Qualified and certified caregivers
Our caregivers are highly skilled and trained in at-home care posessing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Assisted Living Caregiver (CALC) and Home Health Aide (HHA) training and have undergone thorough criminal background and driving record reviews.
Matching the right caregiver with each client is an important factor in providing quality care. At AmeriCare, the client makes that choice. And, once you select the right caregiver for your loved one, he/she will continue care until the client requests a change.
Flexible schedules and length of care.
Whether you need assistance for a few days, a few months or a few years, you can count on us. There are no minimum or long-term contracts and we’ll care for your loved one for as long as you need us. Our caregivers are available 24/7 to accommodate your specific care needs.
We offer consistency.
At AmeriCare, we allow our clients to choose their own caregiver. In addition, once the caregiver is chosen, we will not dismiss them from that position unless the client requests a removal. When the situation calls for it, we will gladly provide substitute caregivers as well.
We offer a choice in caregivers.
We work hard to find caregivers that can meet a client’s specific needs. As we mentioned above, we permit the client to pick their caregiver! To help them choose their perfect match, we provide clients with the caregiver’s resume, picture and background check results. They can then meet with the caregiver face-to-face before they make a decision.
Personalized caregiving plans
Some clients like to play cards and talk. Others prefer to have someone in the room to watch television with in silence. We understand that every client has different care needs. That’s why we develop a customized care plan to ensure that our clients are comfortable with their caregiving service plan.
We use a system based on referrals.
