getting started with our CARE team

We start first, by getting to know you and your needs. We’ll meet in person to talk through your independence goals and identify areas where we can support you best. Next, we’ll visit you at your home and do a walk through to explore any other areas where we can assist you in living independently. After we have all the information, we’ll create a unique care plan to fit your needs and budget and the connect you with the caregivers on our team that we know will have the experience, skills, and personality to match your lifestyle.
