Katie is extraordinary. She has taken care of me like no other caregiver would. She is truly exceptional person whose kindness has no boundaries. I am 90 years old and not in the best of health and without Katie I probably would have succumbed. Thank you so much Americare for allowing Katie to care for me. I will always be grateful. The Americare staff are all very friendly and knowledgable. They take the time to listen to all concerns and needs of the client and their family, to provide the best possible care.

Thank you. Lynette was amazing. She knew what to do on Monday to make him comfortable. She was the one who realized he couldn’t tell us he was in pain from the horrific fall he had taken. And Susy changed his bedding last night and found him a more comfortable position. She spoke in such a soothing manner I am sure he relaxed. She realized he was dying and woke us so we could be with him. I can’t thank you enough for your help and for sending the two people who could help him pass peacefully.

I have used the service of Americare for about a month and a half. Jori, who is in charge of the company, is so kind and helpful for all my concerns. The young lady ,that was sent to help my son,was outstanding. She was so caring and put my son through his therapy exercises twice a day. She also bathed him and prepared his dinner. I would highly recommend Americare to anyone in need of care.

I just want to say thank you for Dekra and all her time she gave for yesterday. She had a long day especially coming from Peoria.

There is no way I could be doing this and I know I have said it a million times but because of the work that is provided to my father and the assistance it has given me I am able to work.

On very short notice, I needed a caregiver for my wife for a one week period of time while our full time caregiver was on vacation.
I called Melinda and she made time to meet with us to discuss our needs.
She was very thoughtful and showed a genuine concern for our situation.
She told us at that first meeting that if she could not find a perfect fit for our needs that she would take on the job herself.
Well she found the perfect person and that was herself.
She is person of her word, she dropped everything she was doing and became an instant friend and companion to my wife.

There is no way we could do this alone!

We used AmeriCare for a loved one that needed complex care 24/7.

Services that we needed were transportation to and from treatment/drs appointments 5 days per week, assistance with medication, meals, laundry, grocery shopping etc.

Jori Davis provided proficient caregivers that we could rely on.

Jori was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to help our loved one with needs that arose from the illness.

She kept the family informed and personally went to appointments and spoke to medical staff and relayed detailed information to the family.

We were out of state and Jori made an unpleasant situation optimal.

I needed help with caring for my elderly mom. As AmeriCare is so absolutely flexible, I was able to get the exact number of hours needed for her care. This has enabled me to keep things within the budget! The Caregiver assigned to my mom is without a doubt fabulous! So much so, that I am hoping in years to come, if or when I need some “caregiving”. I’ll get the same Caregiver. (I’m not going to mention her name because you might steal her! HA!) All jokes aside, I am uber pleased with AmeriCare!

My family spent Christmas week in Scottsdale and we needed some help for my mother who lives in an assisted living facility in the Midwest and was traveling with us.
