AmeriCare can provide a variety of services to LifeStream residents including:
Companion Care
Being alone for long periods of time can lead to boredom and a sense of despair. Our caregivers provide conversation, laughter and companionship when it’s needed the most. Whether it’s a game of cards, watching a movie or sharing a meal together, our compassionate caregivers provide friendship and fun.
Personal Care
Many older loved ones are still able to live on their own, but need assistance with some daily activities in order to maintain their independence. Our caregivers are glad to help with errands, pet care, bathing and hygiene, reading assistance, laundry and other personal care services.
Post Operative Care
Recovering from surgery takes time and often requires a break from regular physical activities. AmeriCare assists in the recovery process by providing non-medical personal care while you recuperate.
Respite Care
Life is hectic. Especially for those raising families while caring for an older parent or family member. While caring for a loved one can be rewarding, it can also be exhausting. Our caregivers can step in and provide respite care to allow you to take time for yourself, go to work or spend time with your spouse and kids.
