At AmeriCare, we search out Caregivers with a variety of backgrounds so that we can provide the perfect match between the Caregiver’s strengths and the client’s needs. Whether it be Senior, Elder care or care for disabled persons, we recruit Caregivers who have a passion for serving specific populations.
How Are Caregivers Screened?
Our goal is to put your mind at ease when it comes to caring for your loved ones. We only refer the best Caregivers after they have passed our in-depth screening process. This process is as follows:
- Face-to-face meeting with the caregiver to really get a feel for their personality
- Criminal and DMV record checks
- Reference checks, both professional and personal
- Confirmation that fingerprints are on file with the State
And, if this process isn’t enough for you, we also provide you with all of our findings and the same references so that you can do your own checks. All of this information will be provided to you, along with a small picture on each caregiver Professional Profile Page, so that you can easily identify them.
