What Makes AmeriCare Different?
For more than a decade, AmeriCare has provided caregivers who offer the highest quality in-home care services throughout the country via franchise offices. Caregivers deliver a service that provides your family with considerate and professional care.
We pride ourselves on referring professionals who are passionate in their work who already have the training, skills, and certifications our clients are requesting. We refer many qualified caregivers who have received Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Home Health Aide (HHA) training through courses under the Department of Public Health.
Before we place a caregiver on our referral list, we take the following steps:
- We meet with the caregiver face-to-face to discuss their skills, experience, availability, and other qualification factors
- We perform a criminal background & driving record check.
- We contact their personal and professional references.
- We verify their certifications.
Caregivers offer flexible scheduling.
Referred caregivers will work with you to establish a schedule that works for both of you. With AmeriCare, you are not required to sign a long-term contract. You decide the duration of the services needed.
We offer consistency in caregivers.
Having a different caregiver each week is difficult and frustrating. Once clients have chosen a caregiver, the agency will not remove them unless the client or caregiver so chooses. If or when needed, we will gladly refer a new or substitute caregiver at the client’s request.
Clients may choose their own Caregiver
We work diligently to find the best-matched caregivers that can meet a client’s specific needs. Clients can then meet with the caregiver face-to-face before they make a decision to select that caregiver as their care provider.
Caregivers offer flexible plans
Our clients can work one-on-one with their caregiver to create a personalized care plan. We do not implement limitations on caregivers. It is up to the client and the caregiver to establish the proper non-medical caregiving service plan.
